30-day money-back guarantee If you're not happy with your Splash Pals, email us at hello@sonnola.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us a photo with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full. If a seam splits, we'll replace it, no return needed.

Change of mind Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Once a jar has been opened and activated with water, the reveal is one-time, so we can't accept it back for change of mind.

How refunds work Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Your rights Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
